Job Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into designated databases and systems according to established procedures and guidelines. Verify the accuracy of data input and correct any errors or inconsistencies. Update and maintain existing data records to reflect the most current information. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems. Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements: Previous experience in data entry or related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in data entry or related field is a plus.
