Software Support Manager Visum, LLC is a fast-growing software company servicing to the Rental Industry. We are currently seeking a motivated software customer support manager who is eager to provide our customers with excellent customer service and to learn about an exciting industry and the exceptional software solution (FocalPoint) we provide ... Responsibilities: · You will be leading our support team and working closely with other department managers and owners · You will be working with our customer support team while providing high quality support to our customers · Will need to learn our products and services and develop/maintain training tools, video’s, help files and testing procedures · Will need to manage/help train customers and oversee getting new customers live with our products · Diagnosing and resolving software-related issues · Communicating effectively with customers · Collaborating with the Support and development teams for issue resolution · Staying updated on FocalPoints software products and updates · Gathering and relaying customer feedback for product improvement Qualifications: · Good technical writer · SQL knowledge a plus · Proficient in MicroSoft Office · Must have a Pc, Internet and Printer · Great People skills · Adaptability and willingness to learn the industry and market trends · Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a hunger to develop within the company · 3-years minimum experience required in a managerial role Benefits: · A role that focuses on freedom to use your own skills (just getting “things done”) · Remote office work · Opportunity to work and grow with a highly qualified team · 2-weeks paid vacation per year for first three years. 3-weeks paid vacation after 4-years · Paid holidays if between Monday and Friday-(Visum is closed): News Year Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday after and Christmas. · Review after 90-days from start date · Annual reviews from start date · Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8-5 with an hour lunch break Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
