You’ll ensure smooth operations and a world-class partner experience for your team and the partners we serve.<br><br><strong>As a supervisor, Partner Contact Center, you will…<br><br></strong><ul><li> Manage day-to-day contact center operations through the application of policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure delivery of a world class partner experience.</li><li> Support partner and team performance through goal setting, coaching and regular performance and development conversations.</li><li> Work cross functionally with partnering business units to resolve escalated situations involving partner concerns and systematic issues.</li><li> Create developmental opportunities for partners to strengthen their capabilities and encourage growth throughout Starbucks.<br><br></li></ul><strong>We’d Love To Hear From People With<br><br></strong><ul><li> Supervisory experience, 4 years</li><li> Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, 3 years</li><li> Project management or related experience, 3 years</li><li> Human Resources experience preferred, 2 years<br><br></li></ul>From free coffee to competitive pay, Starbucks is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners.
