- Appropriate Certification Required (101 or elementary endorsement with appropriate language skills);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Ability to work enthusiastically and effectively with elementary grade students;
- Enthusiasm for curriculum and program development; and
- Familiarity with ACTFL World Readiness Standards, Performance Descriptors and Proficiency Benchmarks.
