Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional inbound phone and video customer service and technical support, addressing technical support questions and software navigation inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize video capability to enhance customer interactions and provide more personalized support.
  • Occasionally engage in chat interactions to support customers through an alternative channel.
  • Research, analyze, and determine the appropriate course of action for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Interact with customers via phone, focusing on software navigation questions, assisting customers with locating prior years' returns and amendments, and providing expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Document all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Serve as an ambassador for blithequark, taking a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and escalating issues to a higher level of expertise when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support, preferably in a phone and video support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate software applications and provide expert guidance to customers.
