About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing personalized and outstanding customer service to our clients. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, friendly, and professional
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information
Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or financial services (or similar industry)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required (associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or similar industry
- Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay range: $47,840 - $54,080 USD
- Incentive compensation, including bonuses and rewards for outstanding performance
