About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between blithequark and our valued customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. This critical role combines relationship management, industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the supply chain. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, proactively identify opportunities to support customer needs and growth, and act as the Voice of the Customer within blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, growers, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews: Deliver training and insights to optimize RPC program performance, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Partner with Customers: Collaborate on NPS surveys, gather actionable feedback, and implement data-driven solutions to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Order & Asset Management: Communicate order updates, manage seasonal transitions, and reconcile inventory and returns using Power BI and D365.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage account setup, pricing, credit approvals, and AR resolution, providing insights on competitive packaging trends and customer-specific needs.
  • Strategic Growth & Forecasting: Work closely with Sales to expand offerings, support program rollouts, and advise on delivery schedules, SKU complexity, and seasonal demand shifts.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Utilize customer dashboards and reports to track performance, partnering with the Director of Produce and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and contribute to weekly updates and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a business-related field, such as business administration, marketing, or logistics.
  • Experience: 5–10+ years of experience in customer account management within produce, packaging, logistics, or transportation, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50–75%, including overnight stays as needed, to meet with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven Ability: A proven ability to build rapport, resolve issues quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
