**Key Responsibilities**

* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, often in high-pressure situations

* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
