**Job Summary**
As a Bone Health Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals who are seeking to improve their bone health. This will involve:
* Acting as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and their bone health
* Actively listening to customers and providing them with everything they need to make an informed decision about our products
* Supporting customers through a variety of mediums, including email and phone
* Processing orders and returns for customers
* Helping customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
* Updating the records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Setting customers up for maximum success and providing them with the support and resources they need to achieve their goals
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals who are seeking to improve their bone health
* Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and their bone health
* Listen actively to customers and provide them with everything they need to make an informed decision about our products
* Support customers through a variety of mediums, including email and phone
* Process orders and returns for customers
* Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
* Update the records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Set customers up for maximum success and provide them with the support and resources they need to achieve their goals
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and recommendations to management
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of bone health and wellness principles and practices
* Experience working with customers who have complex needs or concerns
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support and guidance to colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
* Experience working with technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools

**Work Environment**
* Our Customer Success Centre is open 7 days a week until 5pm PST
* Work schedules consist of five consecutive days and will be tailored to meet the business's needs
