Requirements for Success

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting, although we welcome applications from talented individuals looking to transition into this field.
  • Be over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and a commitment to learning and development.
  • Ability to type at a speed of 25 words per minute, with proficiency in using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to resolving customer issues and a keen sense of judgment in escalating complex problems.
