About the Role

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and converting conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have the information they need to make informed decisions
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with our clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the information they need to follow up with customers and drive business growth
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback that can be used to improve our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you have the information and expertise you need to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
