About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to start immediately. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently, and building sustainable relationships with our clients through open and interactive communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open, interactive, and personalized communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, providing exceptional service and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, processing and updating customer accounts, and filing documents as required
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to blithequark's standards and protocols
- Take the extra mile to engage customers, providing proactive and personalized support to enhance their experience with blithequark
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a minimum B2 level proficiency
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, such as Google Calendar, with the ability to manage and coordinate schedules and appointments
- Proactive and confident, with keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Able to work on a graveyard shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature, to ensure high-quality audio and minimize background noise
- Working Webcam, for video conferencing and virtual meetings
- Main and backup computer, with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, to ensure reliable and efficient performance
- Main Internet Service Speed, with a minimum 25 Mbps wired connection, to ensure fast and stable internet connectivity
- Backup Internet Service Speed, with a minimum 10 Mbps, to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service

Schedule and Location
This is a remote job, with a schedule that follows US work hours (20-40 hours per week). You will be required to work from home, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work environment.
