* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
* Team participation and engagement: 100% attendance and active participation in team meetings and training sessions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
* Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
* Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
