Remote Virtual Assistant Secretary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our management team. In this position, you’ll handle day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate communications, and ensure tasks and schedules run smoothly — all while working remotely.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members.
• Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence, reports, and meeting notes.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
• Maintain digital filing systems and organize company documents in Google Drive or OneDrive.
• Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary preparation when necessary.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and efficiently.
• Track deadlines, send reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Support administrative projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, secretary, or administrative professional.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote communication effectively.
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup.
