**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurately entered, and that our clients receive exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that all data is accurately entered and up-to-date
* Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
