Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to calls from customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services
  • Assisting customers with website or application-related issues, providing clear and concise instructions to resolve problems
  • Answering questions regarding our products or services, providing detailed information and making recommendations as needed
  • Documenting customer interactions in our client system thoroughly, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Transferring data from documents into our client's system, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail
  • Making outbound calls to collect customer information missing from applications as needed, following up on pending issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Performing additional duties as needed, to be discussed during your interview, and being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills
  • At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Commitment to attending and completing our online training program, with a 100% attendance record and no missed time
  • Ability to pass a background check, with a clear and satisfactory record

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A desktop or laptop computer (tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are not compatible)
  • Operating system: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer, with the latest updates and security patches
  • Processor speed: Dual Core 2 GHz or better (recommended i5+ or Ryzen equivalent processor), with sufficient processing power to handle multiple applications
  • RAM: 8GB or better, with sufficient memory to run multiple applications simultaneously
  • All peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, or wireless headset are not allowed), with a reliable and stable connection
  • Reliable high-speed internet, with a minimum download speed of 20MB and upload speed of 10MB, and a stable and consistent connection
  • DSL, Cable, Fiber ONLY (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service, no wireless carriers like T-Mobile or Verizon), with a dedicated and secure connection
  • A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation, with clear and crisp audio quality
  • An active, functioning webcam, with clear and high-quality video feed
  • A second monitor/screen, with sufficient screen real estate to multitask and manage multiple applications

  1. A computer speed test using the provided link (this MUST be taken from a hard-wired computer system that you will use for your employment at blithequark - do not take from your cell phone!)
  2. Your computer specifications, including OS version, RAM, Processor type and speed, with clear and accurate information

What We Offer

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A pay rate of $15.25 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement
  • A W2 position, with benefits and perks, including Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k, after 60 days of employment
  • Paid training at $15.25 per hour, with comprehensive training and onboarding program
  • A fully remote position, with the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule
  • Full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and opportunities for overtime and career advancement
  • Schedules are Monday-Sunday, with weekends may be required, and a rotating schedule to ensure coverage and support
