Job Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing call center-based product user support, training, and troubleshooting to clinical customers and patients. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our healthcare solutions. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your strong communication and technical skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and document all required customer information, assisting with troubleshooting products and mobile applications through a mobile application.
  • Develop a strong understanding of healthcare services and networks, answering a wide variety of customer questions and providing tier 1 technical support for healthcare applications.
  • Process requests and telephone inquiries, adhering to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional knowledge of products, supporting and training customers on product usage and functionality.
  • Explain processes, forms, and procedures to callers, ensuring that customers understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measures.
  • Deliver customer service via phone, email, live chat messages, and texts, addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up with website inquiries, conducting product presentations to prospective customers and setting sales appointments for sales team leadership.
  • Ask probing questions to fully understand customer needs, providing first-call resolution and ensuring that customers only need to call once.
  • Maintain a properly equipped home office, ensuring that you have the necessary tools and technology to perform your job duties.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience. You should have excellent attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, and you should be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced call center environment. Strong computing and software skills, including PC, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, are also required.
