About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering superior customer support throughout the day. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to help customers achieve their goals. You will also have the opportunity to build sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell additional services to customers to meet their needs and drive business growth
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, resolve conflicts, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have foundational sales skills, including the ability to upsell products and services, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school

  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
  • Physical location in the United States
