**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills (you'll be working on a computer and navigating our chat platform)
* A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
