**Job Description**
As a Customer Support Specialist – US Remote, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support assistance to our ever-growing population of customers. You will be the face of blithequark, helping consumers understand credit bureau processes, educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections, and advocate for solutions that will help them improve their creditworthiness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Take In-Bound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
* Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections
* Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions
* Utilize computer systems and software to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and effective support
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* At least one year of customer service experience
* Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests, with the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes
* High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)
* Ability to work remotely with a webcam and computer
* Flexible work environment: ability to work remotely, but you must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of Van Buren, AR
* Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen
