In this role, you will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives. Our Operation's workflow has three major components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile, and you will need to have a deep understanding of each component to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve their full potential

• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
