Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Administrator to play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy in our core data management systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our store and B2B client account records, managing request volumes, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues while implementing data integrity standards in a timely manner to meet service level targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute requests to update store and client account records in core data management systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related problems
  • Provide world-class customer support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and develop new processes
  • Assist in defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related projects

Requirements and Qualifications
