Qualifications
We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
Work from Home Requirements
