Job Overview: Customer Service Representative

In this critical role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for union members seeking information about their benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to educate these members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. While sales may be involved if a customer expresses interest in opting for additional benefits, you'll never be required to engage in cold calling, as our relationships with union associations are direct and established.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and timely information about available benefits
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the benefits offered to union members, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates
• Build strong relationships with union members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a fair and empathetic manner

Requirements and Qualifications
