As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. **Key Responsibilities**

* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications
