**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be responsible for answering calls, responding to queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time. This is a temporary role with excellent potential for permanent employment, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in the healthcare industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a respectful and patient manner.
• Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and understanding.
• Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to customers.
**Schedule**
• Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
• Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
**Compensation and Benefits**
• Pay: $16.20/hr

**Essential Qualifications**

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
