About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life and providing them with an exceptional support experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and addressing a wide range of topics, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and technologies
- Certification in customer service, such as CCSP or CSC
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
