Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs. You will be responsible for supporting customers in all matters related to the usage of blithequark's services, guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction and ROI, and driving customer accounts growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers in all matters related to the usage of blithequark's services, such as CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives
  • Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources
  • Drive customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building
  • Successfully implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods and providing training to all stakeholders of the projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, developing strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand blithequark's services within existing customer accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth

Essential Qualifications

  • Business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience
  • More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry
  • Experience in management of projects and small teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America
  • Valid driver's license with a good standing record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Maintenance-specific experience with usage of CBM and CMMS tools
  • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a similar industry or role
  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing and maintenance processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
