The Role
We're a leading readymix concrete company seeking a skilled and reliable Plant Operator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain plant equipment, including batching systems and mixers - Monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications - Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products - Collaborate with site personnel to meet customer demands and delivery schedules - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment - Maintain accurate records and reports, including production and quality control data - Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements
