Our Ads Data Solutions Research team is a critical part of this effort, working closely with our sales, finance, and product teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Lead Data Scientist on our Ads Data Solutions Research team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying data models that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with our sales, finance, and product teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences and drive business growth. You will also collaborate with our engineering team to develop and deploy scalable data models that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. **Responsibilities** * Design, build, and deploy data models that drive business outcomes * Collaborate with our sales, finance, and product teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer experiences and drive business growth * Develop and deploy scalable data models that meet the needs of our business stakeholders * Work closely with our engineering team to develop and deploy data models that integrate with our existing systems and infrastructure * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports that provide insights into customer behavior and business performance * Collaborate with our data engineering team to develop and deploy data pipelines that integrate with our existing systems and infrastructure * Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Collaborate with our business stakeholders to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that meet their needs * Develop and maintain data models that integrate with our existing systems and infrastructure * Collaborate with our data science team to develop and deploy data models that drive business outcomes **Requirements** * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics) * 7+ years of experience designing, building, and comparing realistic systems getting to know solutions * 7+ years of experience with statistical programming languages (e.g. Python, Spark, PySpark) and database languages (e.g. SQL) * Strong analytical competencies, superior level of data knowledge * Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities * Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) * Experience with data exploration and data visualization tools (e.g. Jupyter, Databricks) * Experience with data governance and data quality processes * Experience with data modeling and data architecture * Experience with data engineering and data infrastructure **Nice-to-Haves** * Doctorate's degree in a quantitative field * Strong knowledge of Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming applications (e.g. PyMC) * Familiarity with data structures and programs (e.g. Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, Github) * Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) * Familiarity with designing and reading A/B testing and other test types * Demonstrated experience in choosing the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities * Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with data governance and data quality processes * Experience with data modeling and data architecture * Experience with data engineering and data infrastructure **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $25-45/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
