If you share our energy for making an airline that people love, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary** As a seasoned data entry specialist, you will serve as a key authority for corporate travel management organizations at blithequark. With minimal guidance, you will exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all travel management company (TMC) agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual markets. You will collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer arrangements, analyze income, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit, and foster key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as an informed authority for TMC business for blithequark, exercising significant judgment to drive steady income, utilizing parts of our organization and corporate client associations. * Construct key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * With minimal guidance, practice extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the most elevated share of the market and yield possible in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer arrangements. * Analyze income, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit. * Foster key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to assist with driving sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected income per the details of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor income, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting income opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Abilities** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Capability with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and CRSS. + Capability with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong relational skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and teamwork.
