Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

The purpose of our Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program is to build a strong foundation for future leaders to tackle some of blithequark's biggest challenges and ensure a competitive stance in the marketplace. As a participant in this two-year rotational program, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Reservations, or Customer Experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing profitability by aligning capacity with demand through the strategic deployment of aircraft and development of new city and route opportunities.
  • Investigating competitors' pricing actions, initiating sales and other promotions to maintain market share, and analyzing the complexities of consumer behavior to devise creative strategies for capturing additional revenue.
  • Leveraging data to develop promotion and channel strategies to drive incremental passenger revenue or improve our values-led communication strategies with customers.
  • Improving the travel experience for blithequark's corporate clients by analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental revenue.
  • Developing recommendations for process improvements for reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth.

What You Will Achieve

Through this program, you will gain valuable experience and skills in commercial and customer experience strategy, including:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be a current MBA student with a planned graduation date by the Summer of 2025.
  • At least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience.
  • The ability to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the program.
  • A curiosity about the industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A consistent track record of excellence and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrix-team environment.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • To be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
