Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with initial training taking place Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required, and flexibility is essential to ensure seamless customer support.
