Key Responsibilities

- Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
In this full-time work-from-home position (40 hours/week), you will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. You will be an expert at simplifying complex information, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to customers.
