**Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy
* Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
* Building sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients, using the right methods and tools to resolve their queries
* Meeting personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas, to drive business growth
* Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
* Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Taking the extra mile to engage clients and exceed their expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in the insurance industry
* A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
* Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, ensuring a positive experience for every client

**Compensation**
