Remote Sales Coordinator (Agri-Products)
Role Overview
As a Remote Sales Coordinator for Agri-Products, you will play a vital role in supporting Growmark’s agricultural sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about agriculture. You’ll work closely with sales representatives, cooperatives, and clients to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and accurate data management—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and process orders for agri-products including fertilizers, seeds, and crop protection
• Communicate with clients and field reps to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, order status, and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials
• Support seasonal campaigns and product launches in collaboration with marketing teams
• Resolve customer inquiries and logistics issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment
️ Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in agricultural sales, supply chain, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
