Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Support
- Client Interaction: Conduct professional phone and video conference calls with clients, representing Peachtree VA with tact and diplomacy.
- Email Management: Monitor, organize, and prioritize multiple inboxes per client, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication flow.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars for senior executives, schedule internal and external meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Document & Presentation Prep: Create polished presentations, expense reports, spreadsheets, and written documents that reflect the client’s brand and messaging.
- Travel Logistics: Research itineraries, book national and international flights, arrange accommodations, and compile detailed travel dossiers.

Essential Qualifications
