Position Summary – Your Impact as a Remote Senior IT Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced, results‑oriented IT Program Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of custom‑built solutions that address complex challenges in the healthcare ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Solutions, you will partner with senior client stakeholders, cross‑functional delivery teams, and internal product owners to translate strategic objectives into tangible technology outcomes. Your leadership will be critical in guiding multi‑stream programs that span CRM implementations, next‑generation website experiences, and enterprise‑grade data platforms—all built using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.

Key Responsibilities – Driving Success Across the Program Lifecycle

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate high‑level business goals into detailed program objectives, technical specifications, and measurable success criteria that guide delivery teams.

  • SAFe Implementation: Lead the application of SAFe practices—including Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos—to ensure a disciplined, predictable, and iterative delivery cadence.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues early, employing contingency planning and escalation pathways to keep programs on track.

  • Agile & SAFe Expertise: Hands‑on experience delivering solutions in a SAFe environment; certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) are strongly preferred.
