Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, owning and solving their issues from start to finish. If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will work with customers via phone, chat, or email to troubleshoot software and/or device issues and deliver fast, customized solutions. You will also work with customers to solve problems and create support tickets to provide the fastest and easiest resolution while delivering an incredible experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and resolving issues reported by clients' end-users via phone, email, and chat support
  • Managing and maintaining a test lab of devices running services to be used for reproducing customer issues
  • Documenting all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
  • Efficiently and effectively answering users' software and technical questions
  • Performing root cause analysis and determining the appropriate course of action
  • Contributing to Knowledge Base via technical and process support documentation
  • Delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all customers via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Researching and reviewing issues and communicating effective solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Impeccable communication and writing skills
  • General curiosity about how and why things work the way they do
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
  • Ability to empathize with users and convey confidence through written interactions
  • Well-versed in chat, and email etiquette, with a fine-tuned attention to detail
  • Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required
  • 2+ years of technical/product support experience
