About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Non-Profit Donation Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming phone calls from donors and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office call center experience
- Must be a US Resident
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must use a Windows 10/11 PC
- Quiet, professional background for calls
- Able to type at least 40 words per minute
- Intermediate computer skills
- Able to pass a background check
- Must be able to complete a voice assessment and a mock call
