The Center for Equity & Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CEETL) is a key component of the university's commitment to equity and excellence, and is dedicated to promoting inclusive teaching practices, diversity, equity, and social justice. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at CEETL. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, tracking, data collection, and communications on CEETL programs and services. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the CEETL team, campus partners, and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and implement projects and services that promote equity and excellence in teaching and learning. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development, delivery, tracking, data collection, and communications on CEETL programs and services * Coordinate project tasks across student assistants and team members * Provide operational support and be the CEETL liaison for rotating faculty fellows and directors * Develop, write, edit, and proofread communication in support of CEETL services and programming * Collaborate with internal and external partners on the theme, design, content, and layout of web-based and social media publications * Track and provide data on social media metrics and usage of CEETL offerings * Assess training needs and coordinate training delivery * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, educational technology, communications, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience working in higher education * Advanced knowledge of Canvas * Comprehensive knowledge of teaching and learning approaches in face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments * Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills, including advanced listening, speaking, writing, presentation, and organizational skills * Ability to work on site 3 days per week * Ability to lift or carry equipment, which can also be pushed or pulled using a cart **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree or equivalent experience * Multimodal higher education teaching or mentoring experience * Knowledge of, and proficiency in, standard open-source and proprietary software applications used at SF State, including Box, Canvas, Drupal, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, research databases, statistical software, and other educational productivity and presentation programs * Experience leading projects and initiatives from feasibility to implementation phases * Excellent team building and conflict resolution strategies **Skills and Competencies** * Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a strong commitment to flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is dedicated to promoting equity and excellence in teaching and learning * Professional development opportunities, including training and workshops on project management, communication, and leadership * Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and social justice * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a sense of community **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Remote work option available, with the ability to work from home 2 days per week * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a sense of community * Opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners * Strong commitment to equity and social justice, with a focus on promoting inclusive teaching practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $71,340 - $79,272 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, pension, 401k, healthcare savings account, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation and sick leave, and state holidays * Dynamic fee waiver program, with a focus on supporting employees and their families * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes a sense of community **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication skills, and a passion for project management and promoting equity and excellence in teaching and learning, we invite you to apply for the Project Coordinator position at CEETL.
