Job Overview

The JAMF MDM Architect will play a pivotal role in managing, implementing, developing, adapting, integrating, and enhancing JAMF (MDM), Healthcare Listener, and iOS shared clinical devices. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide management, implementation, development, adaptation, integration, and enhancement of JAMF (MDM), Healthcare Listener, and iOS shared clinical devices.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and gold image of all shared devices for clinicians and patients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Oversee daily changes, updates, patches, and upgrades to the system, adhering to the Unified Communication team's policies and procedures.
  • Participate as a member of the Delivery & Quality Team, contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.
  • Facilitate and support other ISS unified communication systems and projects, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Update SOPs and training materials as requested, ensuring that all documentation is current and reflective of best practices.
  • Function as the team liaison to vendor resources, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop and execute action plans to remove project barriers, leveraging project management skills to prioritize tasks, lead meetings, and resolve conflicts.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • JAMF MDM experience, with a deep understanding of device management principles and best practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related organization, with a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of workflows, policies, procedures, systems, and culture in the application area, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Previous management experience, with effective leadership skills and the ability to influence and shape consensus among stakeholders.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
  • Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Preferred Qualifications
