About the Role
We are seeking experienced and talented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Honolulu, USA. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile.

- Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer

- Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them succeed with new processes and technologies
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
