As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that help us understand the effectiveness of our learning programs. You'll work closely with our senior leaders to identify business needs and develop actionable insights that drive business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL * Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions * Collaborating with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop actionable insights that drive business growth * Supporting escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers * Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings * Partnering with business intelligence analysts to clarify issues and share expertise of tools and strategies * Identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems * Understanding and estimating the effort and cost of a solution * Working with the business intelligence analyst to clarify issues and share expertise of tools and strategies * May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
