About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Evening and Weekend Therapists to join our team of licensed professionals. As a therapist with Equilibria, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, couples, adolescents, and children. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and autonomous practitioner who is committed to using evidence-based treatments and is passionate about delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in the evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 8 appointments per week
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Participate in regular consultation groups and evidence-based continuing education trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our intuitive online scheduling and documentation system

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Current Pennsylvania license as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy services (and/or formal psychological assessments)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in outpatient settings
  • Strong background working with children, adolescents, families, and/or adults
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends
  • Current credentialing with major insurers in the area
  • Spanish fluency or proficiency in other languages
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color
