The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Remote Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers via telephone and non-telephone channels. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Preferred High School or equivalent diploma, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Ability to be local within 1 1/2 hour driving distance from the Mason location, ensuring that you can easily commute to our offices as needed.
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers, using clear and concise language to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math, using numerical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer service orientation, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and mainstream web browsers, with the ability to navigate and use these tools effectively.
  • Fluent English comprehension and a good command of grammar, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
