Location: Hybrid – Encino, CA (2–3 days in office) Role Summary Noble Gold Investments is hiring a Content Producer who can own the content strategy and execution that grows our YouTube channel to 500,000 subscribers with 50,000+ average views per video. You will define the roadmap (content pillars, series, cadence, distribution) and run the day-to-day (shows, clips, titles/thumbnails, optimization) to hit those outcomes. You’ll work directly with our CEO and on-camera talent, leading a nimble team of editors/designers to ship high-quality, financially focused content—on time and on brand. Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) • Subscriber Growth: Clear plan to reach 500K subs; monthly net-add targets, forecast, and leading indicators. • Average Views: Sustain 50K+ average views/vid across long-form and live VOD within 90–120 days of publishing. • Discovery Metrics: Titles/thumbnail CTR improvements and top-of-funnel impressions; consistent Retention curve ≥45–55% at 30s for long-form and strong hook retention on Shorts. • Publishing Cadence (subject to your recommendation): Reliable calendar: 3× 30-min livestreams/week, 1× 60-min CEO show/week, plus a clips program (Shorts/Reels/TikTok) with daily output. • Systematized Process: A documented playbook: content pillars, episode templates, hook frameworks, thumbnail styles, and a weekly optimization ritual. What You’ll LeadContent Strategy & Programming • Build the editorial strategy and content calendar that ladders to growth targets (pillars, series, seasons, anchor shows, tentpoles, and rapid-reaction pieces tied to news/cycles). • Create show formats and repeatable segments (e.g., macro explainers, “gold vs. inflation” primers, policy breakdowns, weekly market roundups, guest debates). • Define hook frameworks (cold opens, curiosity gaps, status-quo challenge) and packaging (angles, titles, thumbnails) per audience segment. Performance & Optimization • Own YouTube analytics (vid-level and library-level): CTR, AVD, RPM, retention curves, traffic sources; drive weekly experiments (A/B titles and thumbs, hook rewrites, chaptering). • Stand up a growth loop: VOD → Shorts → Community tab → Email/SMS capture → Reminder for livestreams → Membership/Discord. • Implement search & trends inputs (Google Trends, vidIQ/TubeBuddy, SEO keywords) to plan topics and rank for high-intent queries. Production & Publishing • Produce: 3× weekly 30-min livestreams with internal talent; 1× weekly 60-min CEO livestream. Build show flows, graphics, lower thirds, run-of-show, and guest prep. • Post-production leadership: Direct editors on pacing, narrative, motion graphics, and data-driven cuts to improve retention. • Distribution: Orchestrate cut-downs for Shorts/Reels, write descriptions/chapters, manage tags, end screens, cards, playlists, and community posts. Talent, Guests & Collabs • Prep CEO/hosts with briefs, beats, receipts, and pull-quotes; coordinate guest booking and cross-promo (collabs, conservative finance voices, macro commentators). • Ensure brand and compliance alignment (disclaimers, fair-balance language for financial content). Content Focus We cover alternative assets (gold/silver), personal finance, and macro/crypto commentary with a conservative-leaning lens. You’re comfortable turning inflation, policy, and market movement into compelling, clear, and repeatable programming. 30/60/90 Day Plan • 30 Days: Audit library & analytics; define content pillars, posting cadence, packaging system; ship first optimization tests on titles/thumbs and hooks. • 60 Days: Launch 2–3 recurring series; implement Shorts engine; weekly A/B pipeline; book a monthly tentpole guest; show 10–20% lift in CTR/retention on new uploads. • 90 Days: Demonstrate consistent cadence; achieve rolling 50K+ average views on new long-form within 90–120 days; forecast path to 500K subs with monthly milestones. Who You Are • 4–7+ years producing talent-led YouTube or digital shows with measurable channel growth. • Fluent in YouTube Studio, retention analysis, hook writing, and thumbnail/title strategy; hands-on with vidIQ/TubeBuddy, Google Trends, Notion/Asana, and Sheets. • Strong editorial taste and news sense; can spin current events into timely, evergreen-adjacent videos. • Skilled at live production and calm under pressure; can jump into a timeline and give sharp, actionable notes. • Highly organized operator who can own a calendar, enforce deadlines, and keep creative moving. • Bonus: DTC/performance content experience; finance/investing media background. What You’ll Manage • Content Calendar & Pipeline: From pitch → greenlight → prep → live/show → post → clips → community → measurement. • Experiments: Weekly tests on hooks, titles, thumb designs, cold-open formats, chapters, and end-screen paths. • Reporting: Monday dashboard and Friday retro with learnings, next tests, and KPI progress to subscriber/view goals. Work Environment Hybrid in Encino, CA. In-office 2–3 days/week for live shoots, collaboration, and production meetings; remote on other days.
