Location : San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration : Long Term Contract (12+ Months)
Must Have Skills:
• Should be Local or near to Texas.
• Financial industry background is must.
• 8+ experience leading technical teams using scrum/agile practices (SAFE mandatory).
• Experience leading multiple teams concurrently (i.e., manage two+ teams in parallel).
• Experience working with resources across locations/time zone.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technically Savvy.
