This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on high-profile projects with Walt Disney Studios and Disney Games Group. **About the Role & Team** As a Brand Relations Associate Manager – Disney Games, you will be responsible for partnering with Walt Disney Studios and Disney Games Group disciplines (production, creative, and marketing) to receive, route, and deliver brand feedback. This ensures that games are aligned with studio creative feedback and company guidelines. You will lead low-complexity projects from in-development to launch and support Brand Relations leads on medium-complexity projects in-development. Your role will also involve managing brand reviews for assigned Disney Games titles, both global and regional, including console, mobile, online, and other platforms from creative concept, development, release, and live service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead low-complexity projects from in-development to launch and lead medium-complexity live service projects * Support Brand Relations leads on medium-complexity projects in-development * Manage brand reviews for assigned Disney Games titles, both global and regional, including console, mobile, online, and other platforms from creative concept, development, release, and live service * Partner closely with studio creative leads to learn and master character and IP integrity * Ensure that the Walt Disney Games team has the necessary studio support on each project, such as access to reference materials, story overviews, digital assets, etc. * Provide brand support to Games production, marketing, and creative team members that balances the needs of the game and the authenticity of the TWDC Franchise's characters and worlds * Manage internal creative asset repository * Manage requests for screenings, rollouts, and content presentations * Provide clear, detailed, and timely feedback to partners **Essential Qualifications and Skills:** * 2 years of experience specifically in brand management, video games, or in film studios * An understanding of all phases of film or game development: concept, pre-production, production, and post-production/live-service * Ability to make confident, intelligent, and critical decisions to ensure reviewers understand the importance of specific game requirements while maintaining brand integrity * Supports a workplace environment that encourages collaboration and innovative/creative thinking * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at different stages of development * Able to identify and escalate issues to senior staff as necessary * Strong sense of flexibility and urgency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in project management tools such as AirTable and the ability to navigate asset databases and routing software * Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint / Keynote * Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive relationships with creatives, managers, and peers * Demonstrate affinity and familiarity with TWDC Franchises * Passion for the latest games and game platforms (Mobile, Console, PC, AR/VR) **Preferred Qualifications:** * A strong understanding of mobile, console, and/or PC games with live operations components * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Health and savings benefits * Educational opportunities * Special extras that only Disney can provide * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A chance to work on high-profile projects with Walt Disney Studios and Disney Games Group **How to Apply:** If you are a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the entertainment industry, we invite you to apply for the Brand Relations Associate Manager – Disney Games role at Workwarp. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
