Position Details

• 2-year partnership track; other employment arrangements can be considered.
• Approximately 7-9 weekends per year during work-up.
• Night positions are remote or on-site; all other openings are on-site/hybrid.

Patient Load and Schedule

At ARA Health, our partners enjoy above-average compensation while managing an average to below-average workload compared to similar practices. Our innovative FLEX system lets you customize your vacation time and days off, respecting your personal time with family and friends. Many partners opt for 12 weeks of vacation and frequent 4-day work weeks. Most rotations are 9 hours, with many daytime rotations running from 8 am to 5 pm. Evening shifts are shared among the group and come with additional compensation. Overnight work is handled by our dedicated internal nights section or an external nighthawk service, ensuring our internal overnight radiologists have a structured schedule with multiple two-week blocks of time off.
